The comprehensive reform of this Mediterranean Villa built in the 70s is proposed, for this purpose the opening of load-bearing walls is proposed, generating an open and diaphanous space. A unique living-dining room-kitchen piece is created with a continuous exterior with a covered porch in which, through the introduction of natural materials, we achieve a very comfortable and pleasant space.

 

Regarding the staircase, a double height space is designed with a glass railing embedded in the staircase, generating a more fluid space between the Ground and First Floor.

 

Externally, all the ornamental elements of the House are eliminated, emphasizing the straight lines and giving the exterior volumetry a fresher and more dynamic image.
